• » We fully disclose the quality and karat of the metal used on any item.
• » We fully disclose the quality, weight and nature of gemstones used in all items purchased in our store.

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal at Barany Jewelers.

• » Refunds or Exchange within 14 Days with Receipt if Item Has Not Been Sized, Worn or Altered in Any Way.

Exclusions

• » No refunds on special orders, unless other arrangements are made.
• » No refunds on custom designed items.
• » No refunds on items that have been altered, such as sizing, larger bails, clasp changes, earring post / wires etc.

Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Policy

You may trade your diamond for another diamond double its value and receive the full price of your original purchase. The trade-in value is for the diamond only and not the mounting. There will be a charge only for any new parts and labor necessary to complete the job.

Diamond stud earrings: Full 100% trade-in when another pair of diamond studs of double its value is purchased.

Please note that all certificates/cards must accompany the trade-in.

Mounting Guarantee

For twelve months from the date of your purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your diamond or colored stone jewelry against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace any mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.

Diamond & Colored Stone Guarantees

We guarantee the accurate grading of diamonds and colored gemstones purchased from Barany Jewelers. We also guarantee the accuracy of all diamond and colored stone weights.

Metal Guarantee

Barany Jewelers guarantees the fine gold content of our 10kt, 14kt and 18kt and platinum jewelry.

Free Lifetime Refinishing and Inspections

We encourage you to bring your diamond or colored gemstone jewelry in as often as you wish for free professional cleaning* and inspection. 
As Your Personal Jeweler, it is extremely important to us that your jewelry always looks its best!

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Barany Jewelers, it is very important to us that your experience with us is positive and satisfying. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly provide you with our money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase. Exchange or credit in our store will be honored for the full amount within 30 days of purchase.
